We broke 60 degrees today. That's a welcome milestone on this journey to Spring. I couldn't make it to the river, but I have plans in place for tomorrow. It will be cooler, they say, but still over 50. That makes me feel like stirring around; we'll see how the fish feel.
We are still a bit away from spring back here in Maine..Open water season starts up in 27 days and I can't wait..nice blog..

Thanks for the comment; good to have you along for the ride. I hope those 27 days pass in the blink of an eye.
DeleteVery nice pics Jim....some beautiful country you've got out there in your backyard.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck with the fishing!
It is pretty country. And I had a little luck in the fishing.
DeleteIt seems as if winter has gone on a vacation, at least in some areas.
ReplyDeleteYes, we're taking it a day at a time. Vacations do end.
