In what tends to be a black and white time of the year, these photos have been especially evocative to me of a season and its trout that I sorely miss.
I hear you, I think. For me the line,forms,"bones" come to the forefront at this time of year. I love color,but, I've found, b&w is especially effective for capturing this. If I may say,the shots are beautiful. Almost a ghostly freedom. They powerfully convey to me your love of the fish.
