You might recall the recent photos of Mt. Rainier. I just happened to come across this shot while checking on the weather. This is Rainier at sunrise casting its shadow on the clouds. Very cool.

Off-Road Shots
I'm home again. I took some road shots on the way, but they all looked like this: beautiful scenery half-hidden behind the commercial detritus of the American road.
That's especially frustrating with Mt. Rainier as it flashes in and out of sight along the congested I-5 corridor.
That's why you just have to go off-road sometimes. I couldn't do that tonight when I got home, so I did the next best thing. I found some off-road shots of that mystically beautiful peak.
